I’m (still) reading “Animal, Vegetable, Miracle” (albeit a few other books have been read between mentionings) and currently Barbara is talking about growing asparagus. I intended to lay a bed of the green stuff this season, in fact, I should have done it already. Maybe I’ll get onto it today …
